Me Advice to anyone interested in living here needs to way out their options, and talk to people whom live their. I will give you a little summary of Willowbrook West. At first they seem really nice and then they will stab you in the back. The management has changed and i do have to say I liked the old management better. Willowbrooks is advertised toward college based clientel. After living here Willowbrook is the worst for relieving some stress parties. If you ever want to have a party DON"T!!!!!! Cops will be knocking at your door, and you will be fined $100 or more. The fine is not from the West Lafayette Police or even the Purdue Police, BUT WILLLOWBROOK CHARGES YOU. I think that is very wrong.
Towing is not uncommon to see at willowbrook. It can be very annoying. Just let everyone that doesn't live there and they are going to visit you to park in visitor parking.
The apartments are very cheaply made. The windows blow constant cold air in. My apt is only 2 years old there shouldn't be much wrong with them. The tub is messed up.
Maintance is very poor too. First of all it sucks to wake up to the lawn mower at 8 in the morning, but i guess that is a good thing, you know they are working. My apt. building had a pile of nausty vomit for a week or more before it was cleaned up.
DON"T LET THE FREE TANNING loure you in. They haven't changed to bulbs in forever. (probably since they got it)
There are good things about this place. They are nice. They are the nicest apt for college students. They lay out it good and they are cozy. Just be careful, the management (Dustin) will try to take adavntage of your money. Just be careful when considering willowbrook as your place to live. AND REMEMBER WILLOWBROOK ISN"T 100% accupied.

And another note I have heard that it is ok for Dustin and his freinds to be noisy, but not for anyone else.
