Willowbrook West Apartments screws everyone over. There management is two faced and sucks. For Starters, who do you think posted the only two positive reveiws of the apartement''' That's right the willowbrook west management!!! The manager hires illegal immigrints to clean and work on the apartments after a lease. How would I know this' because after I moved out they came to my apartment and charged a long distance phone call to mexico for $150 and Willowbrook expected me to pay for it.
When I transferred into the new buildings I was FORCED TO MOVE IN UNDER TWO HOURS OR BE CHARGED AN UNBELIEVABLE FINE!!! I left my apartment in better condition then when i moved in and got charged $80 from the security deposit. It's really hard to believe that they do this when they hire illegal immigrants todo the cleaning and repairs. Also, these apartments are actually constructed by illegal immigrants they literally fall apart from shoddy construction. For example out bathtub has a hole in it, our shower stall has grafity on it, there is no screen door one window had no screen on it and we were charged, and the dryer completly shorted out causing a fire <- we got charged for that too!!! When it was 90 degrees out they turned off our a/c for no reason and refused to turn it back on. Not only did they disconnect our air, when it was on it flooded our laundry room and Willowbrook said it was normal. Oh ya and about Dustin he's a drug dealer and embelzes money by overcharging people...please be careful. PS Don't sign an individual lease willowbrook made me live with dustins best customer.. a cocain addict...WITHOUT EVEN LETTING ME MEET HIM FIRST!!! My other roomate pays $450
while I pay $325. UNFAIR PRACTICES NO RESPECT FOR PEOPLE THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! Everyone gets there car towed and no one knows WHY'''' SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

I'm looking for the corporate office's contact info. They are trying to screw me with move-out charges when our apartment was left in better condition then received. If somebody knows this info. and would email it to me at purduema313@yahoo.com I would greatly appreciate it. Willowbrook sucks, their staff sucks, living here was a BIG mistake!
