Granted, most of the landlords in Lafayette/West Lafayette are toothless hillbillies looking to screw college students that can't read (or can't read contracts), however, the folks at willowbrook are good enough to simply disregard their contracts, so it really doesnt matter if you read it or not, dont expect all terms to be satisfied.
Cable is a scam, "FREE INTERNET" is a scam, you also better hope that nothing in your apartment ever breaks; it will most certainly not be fixed.
Other than that IT'S A GREAT PLACE TO BE FOR HERMITS THAT DON'T NEED TO PARK AND DON'T MIND CONDOMS ON STAIRWAY RAILINGS EVERY WEEK.
