The office staff is horrendous. They do not like helping their tenants and very regularly make that apparent.

The apartments are clean and well-kept, as are the grounds. The prices are high, and ever-rising from what I hear. Maintenance has never been a problem.

The distance to campus is kind of a pain if you do not have a car. There is usually ample parking, the bus route goes right out to/through the complex, and the shuttle service is decent.
