I have lived at Willowbrook two years and I agree mostly with what others have posted here. The management is pretty shady, for two years I fought with Willowbrook and ProComm (by far the worst cable/internet company on the face of the planet) about how slow my internet was. This place is notorious for pinching every penny out of you they possibly can. The good thing about Willowbrook is the size of the apartments. That is the only thing that kept me there the second year.
