I am truly baffled by many of the reviews posted by others here. I have been living in apartment complexes for over ten years in Texas and Indiana, and without a doubt, Willowbrook West is the nicest community I have ever lived in. The apartments are spacious, beautiful, and very quiet. Though the community is primarily populated by college student, we have rarely had a problem with noise. In fact, our apartment is so quiet that I have often wondered whether our many neighbors spend any time at home. This speaks well of the construction of the apartment buildings themselves.

The grounds around the community are attractive, well lit, and consistently maintained. The ponds, fountains, and walking trails in and around the complex make Willowbrook West a very livable community.

One of the great features of Willowbrook West is the Clubhouse, which offers a fitness center, an internet cafe, onsite copy machine access, ping pong and pool tables, a big screen TV, and an outdoor pool. My wife and I have regularly taken advantage of the Clubhouse features. The Clubhouse also houses the office staff. Despite the negative reviews posted by others, we have never had any problems with the complex management. Those who work in the office have always been helpful, friendly, and very good about responding to any questions or maintenance issues.

My wife and I have enjoyed our experience at Willowbrook West. It really is a great place to live, and we recommend it highly.
