I'm totally neutral on all the comments here, but had to laugh about Dustin's "legal counsel;" I would have serious doubts about hiring a legal counsel who misspells evidentiary as "evidentary" and defamation as "defimation." So the students should consider themselves warned'' Well, "legal counsel," consider yourself spell-checked.
