The apartments are very large, which is great. I haven't seen any other apartments this big with such a spacious layout. However, the management crew and office staff are very rude. They have sent us notices trying to charge us $300 for maintenance performed (plumbing problems...not our fault!), and also $1200 for some form we filled out when we moved in 3 years ago, but that they had lost. If you have problems here at Willowbrook, good luck trying to get anyone to help you. The local management will not return calls or emails. We had to consult the managers over Collegiate Communities to get anything done. So, if you don't have any problems with your apartment/maintenance and don't mind not having a decent relationship with your apartment office, Willowbrook is an okay place to live. Just watch out for building construction problems, such as loose counter tops, cabinets falling off of walls, cracking drywall and floor tile, and leaks through the drywall around the windows. Oh, and don't let them fool you...the pool is NOT actually heated.
