I signed an individual lease last year, assuming I was going to be living alone in a 2br. My friend from NC decided to move up here and go to Ivy Tech, so first we tried to pull out of the lease. No go. There's no way to get out. Then, we're like, whatever. I ended up paying 2 pet deposits (for myself, althought I only had one pet at the time) 3 "redec" fees (2 of mine, 1 of hers) and the rent went up to $880. They knew we were upset. Both my mother and I made it VERY clear that they were screwing us over and we were PISSED OFF and going to file with the BBB. July 31st they called and said they would move us into a 3BR for the same price. We're thinking, wow. Maybe this won't be so bad.

WELL IT IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Soundproof' NO. I can hear my neighbors parties and they can hear my puppy bark. Clean' NO. NOBODY EXCEPT ME CLEANS UP THEIR DOG POO! I have a 6lb dog and I clean it up. These people with 60lb dogs do not! It's disgusting. People drive 70MPH down the streets. Garbage all over the grass. Theromostat is wacky, it's either freezing or broiling. Roeing turned off our cable for no reason on a friday, no way to get ahold of them until monday. Sewage bill RIDICULOUS. Bus only runs 3 or 4 hours per day. Management ridiculous. New management recently, but I don't think they'll be any better. Floating condoms in the pool. Just disgusting. Mystery house across from my building where police come and sit in their cars facing it all day.

DON'T BE TAKEN IN BY ITS BEAUTY! There is better!
