I am currently living at Willowbrook. I have had problems with them since the move-in date. I was given an apartment with carpet stains, dirty bathroom, and torn couches. Thats not the worst part. My roommate and I paid 98.00 each to a DUSTIN ALLEN BATES, who lives at 2113 willobrook dr #130, west lafayette, in 47906-2581, and he is denying it. We paid him in cash and while I still got DUSTIN ALLEN BATES to consent that he knows about the money, willowbrook west is not doing ANYTHING. The general manager wont speak to me, so I have to go through the assistant GM. So, the reviewer who said that they had a problem and the manager came out to help them is FULL OF SH**. I have emailed the apartment complex several times about updates on the "investigation". I was suppose to be updated on Friday June 8th, 2007. Nothing.

Just to prove the quality of workers they hire, Dustin Allen Bates has criminal records open for possession of drugs, driving without a liscence or registered vehicle, and mis informing.

Im trying to get the exponent and Journal and Courier to write an article on this.

I would not go through this much trouble if I were lying. I do not want anyone else to get ripped off by some bum, drug addict.

yes she is telling the truth i know dustin and he broke into our apartment and into a lot of other apartments. if the person who wrote this article would like to talk to me about this please call me asap 765-543-1571

Hi, I also think Willowbrook sucks! I have lived in Willowbrook since May,2007. Is was not too bad at that time but after this semester began, too many people started moving in and so the environment now is very bad. It's very noisy during 2:00~3:00AM. Many drunk people walked outside shouting and screaming, and one drunk man even slept in front of my door. In the weekend, there is trash everywhere, but Willowbrook ignored what we have complained to them. The only thing I can do is to call the police and I have done this many times. Furthermore, the roommate matching policy is terrible. Now my roommate also annoyed me a lot. I want to move out but Willowbrook told me that I have to find a person to take over my sublease by myself and, in addition to this, I also have to pay 300USD. It sucks. They don't follow they rules on the contract and force me to move out and I have to pay more than 300USD for all the ridiculous management?
