This place was fairly nice before it got new management this year. I could go on for days about all the problems I've had here, but I'll just name a few.
- When I moved in this semester the apartment was dirty to the point of being downright disgusting, although we were ensured that all apartments were deep cleaned and repainted before moving in. When we let them know it needed to be cleaned, they didn't come for 3 and a half weeks, so we had to clean it ourselves.
- Lots of hidden fees and efforts of basically ripping people off. For example, I moved in with a dog and let them know I had one. The lease said nothing about a pet fee. 3 months after moving in they left a notice on my door saying I owed $360 in pet fees to cover the year I would be living here.
- My dishwasher hasn't worked properly since I moved in, despite the number of times I requested maintenance.
- Most times I have to park several blocks away from my apartment because there isn't enough parking to accommodate everyone.
- The so-called convenient shuttle leaves 10 min early some days and 10 min late others making it nearly impossible to get to class on time or at all.
- The internet it terrible, to the point that I have to sit in one corner of my apartment to even access it. It's like that everywhere in the complex.
- My dryer has been broken for 2 weeks now although I submitted a maintenance request the day that it broke.
- My toilet has broken 3 times in the past 3 months.
- The thermostat is broken as well.
- The apartments are supposed to come with beds. My roommate had to sleep on the floor for the first week we were here because they were "too busy" to move her bed in.
- There have been a number of incidents of theft. One man had his playstation stolen when he was gone and his apartment was locked.
- I won't even start with the staff. They never know what's going on, and they're extremely rude.

I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with this place. I'm out of here as soon as my lease is up.

Ya, I've had stuff stolen a lot. espeically mail is stolen a lot here. I ordered checks and they were stolen twice.
