If you are stuck and really need cheap housing then you may have to sign here but most likely they will hound you for money you ALREADY PAID anyways. They don't have basic accounting skills, they don't know which tenants live in which apartments or how much they owe. I have been on time with all of my checks I HAVE ATOMATIC DEPOSITS! But they still insist I owe money and have threatened to kick me out of an apartment I paid for. My other friend gave them his credit card number for atomatic withdrawls and they started taking out money the year before he moved in! they were taking hundreds of dollars. I dont know for what but they need to be sued for something. DO NOT SIGN HERE
