If you are interested in loud neighbors and a staff that is not interested in actually serving the tenants, Willowbrook is the place for you! The staff in the office is always completely clueless and literally lost packages I received in the mail on more than one occasion. My neighbors were loud and left their nasty garbage in the walkway. When I reported it, nothing was done. Our countertop on the center island was loose the entire time I lived there, and, even upon multiple requests in person, online, and in writing, nothing was done about it. However, the maintenance crew did come into our apt. a couple of times for other things, but did not leave any notice saying they had been inside. Oh, and when I moved out, they didn't even have record of me moving in! If you're broke and don't care about noise or morons at the desk, then go for it. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
