the apartments are large and the rent is cheap, but if there is anything wrong, it takes forever to fix it...last year our ceiling fell down and we we had b/c of a kitchen sink leak in the apartment upstairs (which was repaired be duct tape, YES duct tape). The ceiling started to leak 2 weeks before finals, and it was finally "patched" 2 months later! The parking is annoying, and depending on the night I have to park in the visitor parking lot...its fun, esp. if your carrying grocery bags. Overall, the management is worse than terrible...i mean it. oh, and the internet and cable are the shadiest companies i've ever dealt with. the internet gives out, and when you call customer service, rather than telling you they'll fix it and that they are sorry for the inconvenience, they tell you to go somewhere and find a free wi-fi connection...EVERYONE IS TOTALLY CLUELESS IN THE CLUBHOUSE!!! AND IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A HOLD OF THE OWNER/PARENT COMPANY WILLOWBROOK IS OWNED BY (LOCATED IN TEXAS).

I think the maintenance guy took some money when they were in my bedroom for some reason unknown to me.
