DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER GIVING THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX YOUR FIRST PENNY! THE APARTMENT THAT MY DAUGHTER RENTED WAS NOT EVEN CLEANED BEFORE MOVE IN AND WE HAD TO CLEAN IT OURSELVES. THE MANAGEMENT HAD THE NERVE TO SAY IT WAS CLEANED. THE FURNITURE THAT WAS THERE WAS FALLING APART. THERE WERE PLUMBING ISSUES. THERE WERE ELECTRICAL ISSUES. THERE WAS MORE WRONG WITH THE APARTMENT THAN THERE WAS RIGHT. SURE THE MODEL LOOKS NICE - BECAUSE THEY WANT YOU TO THINK THAT THIS IS WHAT YOU ARE GETTING. WE ARE HALF WAY THROUGH THE LEASE AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT ADDRESSED ALL THE REPAIR ISSUES. JUST TRY TO FOLLOW UP WITH MAINTENANCE OR MANAGEMENT AND THEY ACT LIKE THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THEY ARE HEARING ABOUT IT. THEY SURE WANT THEIR RENT ON TIME, BUT HAVE NO INTEREST IN THE KIDS THAT LIVE THERE OR THEIR SAFETY.
