I never personally lived at willowbrook but I do know that I would never ever live there. I looked at willowbrook two different times to possibly live there, but both times the managment was so unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend this place with anyone who has any sense whatsoever! Also DO NOT give them your phone number...they will call you over and over again trying to convince you to live there!
