If I could I would give this place a negative score. There is basically no end to the list of problems I have had with this apartment. I have lived here for a year and I am in the process of moving out right now. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! The people in the office basically know nothing, 3/4 of them can't draw up a lease!! Maintenance takes forever to get back to you. They have an email type system for filing a request, it has never worked, we have to go to the office every time....2 or 3 weeks later they halfway fix it. Parking is terrible, I parked in visitor easily as much as where my apartment was. I work very late shifts and trust me, walking across a completely dark area at 2 in the morning when you are a woman is not fun. The rent is outragous for what you get, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath for almost a thousand dollars''' really' When we moved in, my boyfriend and I spend 6 hours cleaning and repairing so we could move in. And they said it had been "professionally" cleaned. There was food in the cabinets, makeup in bathroom, ect. We have 30 pictures of how nasty our apartment was that we took to the office, they were barely phased! Now that we are moving out they are making us move out 10 days early and we have a 2 page list to do before we can move out. Noise was horrible, there would be parties and loud noises until 4 or 5 in the morning almost all the time. People actually were able to set fireworks off their balcony with no punishment. And that is just a overall. I would NEVER recommend this place, there are MUCH better places to live!
