So I show up to move in on Saturday during my scheduled appointment time fully expecting to have to stand in a long line and wait for hours to pick up my keys - just like the last 2 years at my other apartments I lived in in West Lafayette. Imagine how surprised we were when we were greeted immediately and were offered a seat under a huge tent canopy they had set up for us to not have to stand in the 95 degree blazing sun! There was a band and DJ entertaining the crowd and even Marco's Pizza serving food. My parents thought it was a sign that we were going to have to wait forever and we were amazed when we were only sitting for about 10 minutes before being escorted indoors to a very organized registration area. They had 5 or 6 employees working with individuals to wrap up the paperwork and give out keys. We were out of there in 5 minutes and on our way to my new apartment. Absolutely unbelieveable! As we drove to my apartment, we wondered if we were dreaming - NEVER before have I had such a quick move in nor even with my 2 brothers before me. Opening up the apartment door and walking in was no disappointment either - - while the apartments aren't brand new, mine was so nice AND CLEAN! We didn't have to spend the first few hours cleaning before unpacking - a first ever! Is this place real'!'! top it all off with a maintenance guy stopping by to ask if all was okay! I am thrilled I decided to move in here - I had a good feeling about this place when I first visited over Spring Break. Now as I look around and all my gear is unpacked - it really feels like home. Totally agree with the response.. wait until you need something done in your apartment. We've had an issue for over a week now, and called everyday to request that it be fixed. Guess what.. still hasn't been. At least yours was clean, moving in.. ours was completely trashed. It was sad that Willowbrook took so little pride in its units.

Yes, I immediately can tell this review is from Willowbrook itself. The place is a dive; and management is horrible. Not only will they do as little as possible to fix things (MAYBE only fix items where someone could get hurt), when you move out, you'll be getting a bill for things like replacing light bulbs and drip pans (WTF?). You get billed for that crap, while the whole time you lived there, they didn't fix anything you have on your move in inspection list.

I can't believe that the apartment was clean. When I moved in last year, it was not very clean, and this is after my other 3 roommates had done a lot of cleaning before I got there.
