DON'T DO IT! - Never rent from McCormick Place! They get you to come there promising the great life with a pool (that s rarely open for swimmers due to constant dumping of chemicals) a tanning bed (that s been broken then entire time I lived there) and a 24 hr gym (that only has one of anything and is constantly missing pins for the weight machines). Worst Management and DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY They are the worst people to deal with and will never do what they say. They will keep bugging you to sign the lease and when you do will give you the worst time of your life. Very difficult to deal with and get in touch when you want to complain.

Keep your lease Parking is a nightmare - they kept promising that they would fix it. In addition, at the end of my lease they alleged that I only paid half of the security deposit that I actually given them. The management either made a big mistake or they were just trying to trick me.

It used to be better than today. New management screwed almost every good thing of this apartment. Most new staffs are not as friendly as the old set.
New term contract is bad. They want everyone to sign a contract that ends the same date. It's totally not flexible especially Purdue students
