My partner and I have lived at HSA since Jan of 2001. In 2002 we moved to a larger apt still @ HSA. Since Van Rooy took over, things like parking have improved, but there are however still many unacceptable and unexcusable issues at HSA. As a previous tenant mentioned, it has become Little Mexico. I have no issues with --------, but I have big time issues with the filth and noise and over population that has seemed to come to HSA with them. It's sad that a few bad seeds can change everyones opionion of a certain race. As for Van Rooy, the only improvments have been some cosmetic. The hallways are still mismatched between the tile and the carpet. Hopefully no one has veritgo! It's terrible! One would think a large company such as Van Rooy would make good on the fact that HSA was purchased to improve. Van Rooy boasts about how big improvments are made at other properties they have purchased, yet HSA is so half-assed it's rediculous! The maintenance seems decent at best. It's like pulling teeth getting someone to call you back or advise you when they'll be in your apartment. Should that be common courtesy'' we hope to never have to sign another lease w/ HSA and say ADIOS AMIGOS soon!
