Nice Apartment, Bad Neighbors

Our townhouse is spacious and like living in a home, rather than an apartment. On the other hand, finding a parking spot is just short of impossible, calling in work orders on repairs results in nothing. We moved in on May 18 and still haven't had our repairs dealt with. Not to mention many people gather in the parking lot and drink or work on their cars, even skateboard. There are broken beer bottles and it raises concerns of the safety of our cars. Resident screening isn't very strong either, they'll let anyone live here and ther are cases of Mexican immigrants packing themselves into a two-bedroom apartment with about a dozen people and teens living here with nightly parties into the night.
The staff, however, is really friendly and are a pleasure to talk to. The lease is flexible enough to allow us to decorate our place like a home, with wallpaper and paint and even remodel some things, such as the cabnetry. For the most part, the place is quiet and the grounds are beautiful. I especially love the monthly newsletter, which makes it feel more like a community, not to mention the contest opportunities to get money off your rent. I would definately recommend this place to any responsible family or couple looking for a quiet town to move to in the northern metropolitan area of Indianapolis.
