Little Mexico Pretty much a dump. Mold, leaky outdated plumbing, overall poor materials, noisy, dirty neighbors....wouldn't recommend it.

Love it!!!! I have never met such a great group of office/maintance staff in my life! I moved here from out of state and for the location and the price...it's a incredable deal! It's so wonderful to be in a wooded area (i actually wake up to birds singing!) but be seconds from everywhere.

Great Place To Live! We recently moved in and everything is great. The grounds have a park like setting and with an occasional stero, things are very quiet and peaceful. I'm so glad I chose Ashley Place!

Ho Hum Place has had its ups and down since I moved in not sure what the new managment is going to do. As prior posts have said yes the hallways are bad but they get worse if a light is out in them. Parking has beomce worse since there is no more inforcement of the rules. Some maintence personel
