Lived here since the beginning I moved in while they were still being built and I love the place. My layout is perfect! The fitness center is nice but I rarely use it. The pool is so awesome in the summer. The rent is very reasonable for what you get.

Nice! Mary and Jared are awesome. Every unit has a washer and dryer. The cherry trees bloom in the Spring. Pool is sparkling blue in summer. Value rents. Fine upkeep. Perfect location. There is no other choice in Zionsville, really.

I love Quail, the units, the tenants, and the employees I have lived at Quail for 4 years now and I love it. The office staff really cares about you, the units are tip top shape, maintenance requests are handled with 1 day without exception. I have not bought a house on purpose
