Good location, but I have been here for almost 4 years (too lazy to move I guess) and I can say that these people here are RUDE.
It didn't always used to be so. I have seen a HUGE turnover rate for the employees here. I could go on and on about

STAY AWAY FROM HERE, OHH MY This place is unreal. Thiefs and sex offenders are here. The guy next door to me recently got out of jail and others dont work here. Have a drug dealer and a prostitute as well, nice hughhh. One of the worst places ever.

good value I've been at Quail Run for 3 years and if you can deal with the fact that the places aren't new, the location is great, the patios are fenced, mature trees, lots of space. Management has employed competent maintenance staff as well. No issues here.
