I don't feel like like wasting a good amount of time writing about all I went through at this place but here it is all in a nut shell. Neighbors are very noisey, complained to management and nothing was done (to my knowledge). Maintenance was fine although I did fall down the stairs when they failed to salt the stairs one morning. Manager (Patsy) tried to pull out fridge and oven when I moved out, stated faucets where not shining enough... The only way to get your deposit back is to make sure you apartment is 'made-ready' meaning the next tenant can move right in so their maintenance does not have to do anything. And make sure you include professional carpet cleaning with receipt before you move out. I paid my rent before the 1st of every month and was very quiet, fulfilled my 13 month lease- guess this is what I get for being a perfect tenant. After living there I will never rent again- I was living in a nightmare, literally. I am now living in a house.
