I lived at Cloudridge for two and a half years. All of the staff are really helpful and friendly. Bob the maintance man was out on the same day that I called. It is very quiet here. I could sit out on my large porch and read without being stalked or disturbed at all. During the summer the pool is kept tidy and clean. The laundry facilites are big enough for the apartment complex although I wish that the driers dried more thouroughly. The sidewalks are always salted and shoveled the same day it snows. One winter our parking lot resembled ski slopes so they plowed it using a pickup truck. Nice to know that I can always get out in any weather. Overall it is very safe here, the staff are truely great, it is very quiet, and not a bad place at all to live.

Water and trash is included in the rent. There is a small trash dumpster for each building, so you do not have to walk very far with garbage. Electricity ran average of seventy dollars in the summer (if it was turned off when gone) and around ninety dollars in the winter (if turned low when gone). It is all electricity, no gas at all. They do not allow pets, of which is the only reason of why I moved.
