They are a newer complex, first opened in 2004 and still building. The apartments first appear very nice, but the utilities seem high for such a newer building. I believe that is due to rushed work and cut corners. The craftsmenship seems poor.
The parking is terrible. They did not allow for enough spaces for the residents of the complex. I am often forced to walk in excess of 100 yards from my car to the front door of my apartment. One evening, I had to park in a handicap spot that was never used because I had no available spaces within 200 yards of my front door. An employee of the complex called the police to give me a ticket when it was obvious why I parked in that spot.
The management does nothing beyond the bare minimum to get by. We recently had back to back snow storms that left at least 4 inches of ice on the ground. Not only did the management say that they will do nothing to improve the parking lot, but that they were within city ordinance. Regardless of whether or not they were within ordinance, the parking lot was dangerous, multiple cars were stuck around the complex, and not so much as one salt rock was spread to remedy the situation.
Nice apartments and you get free green fees with the golf clubhouse, but the management is terrible, at best.
