I have lived here for a year and have mixed feelings. The office staff seems like they are better than the residences and that any problems will be taken care of when they feel like it, not because of the importance. This winter our heater went out, we have a one year old baby, so I called to get our heater fixed. The lady in the office said that maintenance was on vacation and I had to wait four days to get it looked at. Freezing temps, no heater with a baby and I have to wait four days!!! The parking lot has half the spots needed just to accomodate the residents. The craftsmanship on the apartments is horrible. They might as well not even have windows with the drafts that you will experience. On a plus side, the rent is affrodable, you live on a country club, you have several swimming pools, fitness centers, tanning beds and a club house. The ammenities are the best in town, but everything else is fair at best.
