This company is known locally for excessive charges to the residents. The often will charge high fees if the resident decides to move out early. At the same time they will re-rent the apartment to another resident. This type of "double rent" is illegal. BEWARE!!!!! If this happens to you I would retain a lawyer.

Wow! I am glad to see we're not the only ones who feel negatively about management. They are known for unethical and unprofessional conduct. It is ironic that a country club community is run by white trash!

I couldn't agree with you and Katmaster more. They are nothing but crooks and though they state nearly everything in the lease, I feel as though I may contact my family lawyer and see if they are doing anything illegal. I have a hunch they are.

Dude, they are totally illegal! THey should be reported. Maybe we should all get together. I have heard they get into people's mail also.

Hmmm. Perhaps some of you should grow a pair and actually try to have a conversation with management and/or the staff and tell them what your concerns are instead of bitching about it. As far as unethical/unprofessional conduct - what proof do you have of these allegations? Give names and dates instead of hiding on the internet. If you actually took the time to read the lease, as I did when I moved in, you would know there weren't any hidden charges. You could have refused to sign the lease and moved elsewhere. Dude, you're a total ......! You heard "they" get in to people's mail?!? Where did you hear this? Ever hear of the word slander? You should check that out sometime... In other words, for those of you that don't have the balls to actually open your mouth and talk to the staff, get a life and go bother someone else. There are many of us that enjoy living here and have no issues with any of the staff. Get over it!
