The Management @ The Greens@Derby is not only unprofessional, disrespectful, condescending & rude, it is also very hostile towards constructive criticism.
Often u can enter the office building & sense a negative atmosphere.
If u have a complaint their reaction is most likely accompanied by attitude. They always find someone else to blame. They like to intimidate & have NO level of confidence 2 ur case. Office staff is constantly back stabbing each other & gossiping about residents.
If the manager wouldn't always b on her monthly cycle she could b a nice girl. She always has a headache, feels sick & u can see her taking a nap on the clubhouse sofa. She often sits feet pulled up on a green chair & reads a book. It's very entertaining 2 hear her discussing her personal problems, regardless if clients or future residents r present.
------ likes 2 intimidate people. Her work ethics = 0. Most of the time she is visiting with her boyfriends & displaying publicly affection towards each other. He massages her feet & she massages his crotch with her foot. Go get a room & close the door!
------ and ------- both like 2 ridicule & intimidate their co workers in front of everybody. People can witness their harassing behavior towards other employees @ the workplace. If ------- isn't in, ------ lets everyone feel that she has the power 4 that day. The lies and knowledge of each others business between -------, ------ & CO. results into a big cover up. None of them would dare to tell the truth because they all would get fired.
Lee is always busy, nice and professional.U need 2 stand in line & wait while the others are in the back office & visiting with friends, playing on the computer or having private stuff 2 do. ------ & ------- like 2 do the 2-3 hour lunch, shopping, beauty shop deal. They ask u 2 come back later & when u do they r not there.
----- is a very moody person. If he has a bad day, do not approach him. He is Mr. Rude. If he has a good day, he is very nice and helpful.
----- is always nice & polite. The maintenance guy 2.
What is the purpose of a security person if he doesn't react 2 ur complaint' One thing is 4 sure. He doesn't give a feeling of security. U better off calling police.
It is unbelievable that the manager & her co manager r getting away with their insidious form of emotional abuse towards their co workers conducted through innuendo, intimidation, harassment, badgering, humiliation, degradation & rumors.
Why isn't anybody doing something'
Due 2 great location, military & aviation business the apartments will always find people who wish 2 b residents. The numbers r practically writing themselvs. There is absolutely no talent needed 2 sell a leasing contract or keep it occupied. Management should keep in mind that people r replaceable & maybe new 1's will even manage 2 have a clean office building and address all the other problems.

Note 4 Jim & John. YOU KNOW WHAT TIME IT IS. It's time 2 change things 4 the better. The Greens@Derby needs a clean sweep b 4 u get smacked with a law suit. People r fed up. What kind of owner and manager r u if you keep ignoring complaints and believe the ass kissing s#*t ------- tells u' Don't u want ur residents 2 b satisfied' Step up and show us who the boss is. R u serious letting a 28 year ------- malicious lazy snake & a well known man eating ----------------------------- making everyone believe they r acting with ur blessing & representing the owners best interest'

Yet again a lot of complaining but nothing about talking to the management or staff. I have talked to them and any issues i had were taken care of. It seems that this person must be childish since they have to resort to name calling, way to be an adult.

Pretty pathetic in my opinion. You are so lethargic that you write "b" and "u" instead of "be" and "you" yet talk about them being lazy? Wow, I think the only childish thing you didn't do was write "LOL" in your review. How many times did your car get broken into when you were there? When I lived at one of the other complexes my car got broken into twice! Hasn't happened once at The Greens. Guess you go looking for things to gripe about and find them. You must be a joy to have around.

BAH BAH BAH. Someone must have stroke a nerve. Of course one of the office person had to reply. And HE did it Anonymously.Pussie. It proofs the point! They can???t take any criticism! This is exactly the attitude Derby management is transferring out to residents. In other comments they even go so far and tell you to move out if you don???t like it. This is a real disturbing picture. People are afraid of vicious reactions by some people of the management office. They should send a survey to all residents and ask to mail it anonymously to the owners office. It would clear a lot of crap.
