After reading some of the other reviews I felt I have to tell everybody the truth. I have lived here since 05 and have not had the problems that I read about. We are in a great location, Derby has really grown. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Maintenance is pretty much jonny on the spot. The placement of a couple of dumpsters does create blind spots, but that would not be a problem if people would drive the speed limit, that creates more of a safety issue than the dumpsters. I dont think that the management or staff are crooks, before I signed my lease I read it and they go over it with you one on one so there are no surprizes. It sounds like the people complaining on here just sign contracts with out reading them or understanding them, even if you broke your cellphone contract you pay a penlity. Parking is ok, but not the greatist. There has been a couple of nights where I had to park one building down from mine. I have friends that have lived in some of the apartments in wichita have told me some bad things. I'm glad I live where I do where the management and staff care about there residents. Whatever you liar, we all know that this is one of the crappy maintenance/management staff. Dream on, you all are evil people who don't care about anything but sitting around and griping! One of our friends looked at this place a while back and due to ------- being so rude and snotty, she went to another place in the area. You all know you will get fired when someone important (not you) reads this!

You definitely have to be management. 15 reviews on this place and the majority speak negatively and say the same thing. This place is not "the best". You are a complete moron. I'm actually going to contact Lindsey Management Inc TODAY and file complaints. The entire staff needs to be fired.

I also think this positive review was posted by someone on staff. I have a friend who has lived at The Greens for over a year and only stays there because she has no one to help her move all of her stuff. I saw her apartment the day she moved in and the tan carpet had huge BLACK spots all over it. It was the nastiest thing I'd ever seen. They told her it had been cleaned, but there is NO WAY. It really stunk to high heavens, too. I told her she needed to report it to the office, but she already had. Nothing was ever done. She had to spend a couple hundred bucks on a huge area rug to hide the nasty, disgustin, embarrassing carpet. She hates it there. She, too, told me she likes to work out and tan, but that everything is so filthy, she won't dare use any of their equipment. I can also witness to the fact that the gates are broken most of the time. I have visited her dozens of times and apartment-sat for her while she was out of town, and when I'd come there after midnight, after work, the gates were always open because they were broken (again). I would bet the ranch on this positive post being shenanigans by management.
