I posted a reply to a fake positive, obviously posted by someone on staff, but since it doesn't count toward the rating percentile, I'm posting a review to help it go DOWN, where it belongs.

My friend has lived at The Greens for a little over a year and she absolutely hates it. The only reason she stays is because she can't afford movers to transfer her stuff elsewhere.

I was there the day she moved in and was appalled by the gross, filthy, nasty carpet. It had huge black stains (oily looking) on tan carpet. They claimed it had been steamed cleaned. It should have been replaced. The place stunk so bad, she had to light scented candles all over the apartment to be able to breathe. She reported it to the office, but nothing was ever done. She spent a couple of hundred dollars for a huge area rug to hide the gross carpet.

I have visited her on dozens of occasions and apartment-sat while she was out of town. The posters who stated the gates are broken most of the time are correct. I would arrive many times after midnight and the gates were wide open because they were broken again.

She loves to work out and tan, but won't touch the equipment because everything is so filthy and nasty.

I would NEVER consider paying the kind of outrageous rent they charge and have to live in such nasty conditions. The high rent is to cover the "amenities", none of which you can use because of filth.

I cannot agree with you more. The staff are disgusting!!! This place is a dump, I saw a girl looking at the apartments today, and gave her some wise advice - stay away. They don't do ---- but sit on their lazy cans and ----- about what losers they are.
