DO NOT pay the extra 50 bucks a month for the golf course view, at least if you are going to be in Building 17. Your car will be parked in perfect line of site to get pelted by golf balls. In addition any slight rain will cause massive flooding of the parking lot and around the apartment, buy some waders if you live in this complex. It took them a YEAR to install some drainage. These pictures before they have started mowing so the drain didn't even get clogged by the mowed grass, that's when you're in for the treat! Oh ya and the apartment above my has flooded my apartment twice causing water to spew out of the breaker box due to the maintenance not fixing their washer correctly.

Thank you so much for the warnings! I was going to check these apartments out, simply by their outward appearance....they look nice from the outside. What you see isn't always what you get. Thanks again for your very helpful review.

I thought the use of the swimming pool was a special benefit included in the lease. But now I see that EVERYONE out of Derby and Wichita can use the pool. My neighbor told me that she gave her name and Apt # to all of her family and friends.Apparently that is all you need to know in case someone comes out and checks. I was at the pool Memorial weekend and there was people next to me who told me they do not live here. But it is a great place for a swim and does not cost as much as the waterpark. It was a family with their friends and 3 kids. I told them that they can not do this but they ignored it. When the office lady came out and wrote the name down they named someone they knew who was living here. And this person was not at the pool with them. But no one must have checked in the office because they were still there 3 hours later. My question ist Why did Kevin give me a Membership card and tell me I have to show it to use the facilities when nobody of the office personnel asks for it? It does not seem fair to the people who live here and pay so much rent.
