I lived there for 2 years and the staff are usually challenging, they tend to hire girls (I say girls because they are, usually no older than 18 or 19) who know nothing about managing property. When I have a problem concerning matienance they were quick to address and fix my problem. They do not enforce lease agreements in the way of animals, parking, and noisy tennants. Parking is limited. One big plus is they are a very animal freindly community, the doen side to that is the smell of ----! The lease requires that tennants pick up after their animals yet they do not enforce this. They are good about spraying for bugs every 3 months and when ever I have had an issue with pests they were quick to spray my unit again. Also they give plenty of incentives, referals, zero balance club, renewing lease agreements.
Summary: I would not have lived her for a continued lease term were it not for the attentive matience staff. You put up with minor annoyances for a quality and I mean quality matienance staff!
