At first I was not going to renew my lease here. I was frustrated with management and it just seemed nobody cared about the complex. The maintenance guy was great and got things taken care of, but the office staff was terrible and that's when someone was actually in the office. I know this is an older complex so it's not going to be in tip top shape. They allow pets so that is a hard task to keep up on. The windows need to be replaced really bad, but I know improvements can not be done right away, but I was frustrated because the people in control of this place should do what they can to make it better and they weren't.
I've decided to renew my lease because they have new management in the office and she seems very friendly and actually wanting to help make things better. She's there for the most part, all day and I've seen her actually out on property. I've visably noticed changes that have been made. There are now dog trash cans to help with picking up after pets. We still have the rude tenants that ignores those so it somewhat goes to show that it still doesn't help, but it has improved. I've had to call because the door to my lock was not working. The guy came and fixed it right away and then the manager called a day later to make sure it was still ok. That was a complete shock. I think they've found the right person for the office. She's very friendly so it's convinced me to renew my lease.
