While this place may be the cheapest in town, its definitely one of those you get what you pay for deals. Management is unapproachable at times and Maitenance is slow. I had things that needed to be fixed for several months and by the time I moved out in December my repair requests from September had n ot yet been addressed. On top of that the owners are crooked and they will nickle and dime you to death for anything they feel they can get away with. Sheri, the lady that runs it is awesome, but the lady that is in charge of her Ellen, is very unapproachable. It is a very noisy/trashy environment. The best thing I can say about it is it was cheap and parking was plentiful. There was a laundry facility, but it was often in ill-repair. The rooms are a decent size, but the kitchens are almost non-existant. The hall ways are generally bigger than the kitchens. No counter space whatsoever.
