I lived in these apartments for six months before I left twon to get married. The apartments were clean and in good repair. Most of my neighbors were college students, and tended to be quiet. The complex across the street was where the noise came from. We had acces to the pool across the street, as the same company owned both complexes. The bedroom is adequate with a large closet. The apartment had a full size water heater and adequate bathroom. The cabinet space in the kitchen was not adequate and I Placed a book shelf on the counter to hold plates and glasses. The apartment had a small size stove and fridge and full size dishwasher. The living room was tiny but enough space for just me! All in all worth 300. There are several complexes in Emporia with the same style apartments. This is the best quality for the price. Oh, and the lease was month to month so I could leave at any time! All in all it was a great deal.
