This was my first apartment and for me (at the time) the 270/mo was expensive but worth the money. Small living/kitchen but bedroom and bathroom are nice. Fairly quiet but the apartment complex across the street (Village) was noisy due to the popularity of the baseball and football players living there. Nothing that couldn't be tolerated.

My number 1 negative: A woman working in there named Judy. Paula and Judy were the 2 ladies in there and Paula was the owner's wife but Judy was a nobody and she was rude.

Be sure to clean the hell out of this place, they tried to d_ck me over on my deposit because they said there was "soap scum" in the shower when it was, in fact, Comet. They were at least nice enough to point out the things that they didn't find clean and gave me another day to clean. Overall I thin I lost only 25 dollars on the burners on the stove needing to be replaced.

Overall, I give it a C .
