Somewhat inexpensive but you can find a similar apt for less

I lived in these apartments for 2.5 years, and the managment during the last half of my stay was fabulous. I don't know if Ethel is still the manager but she stayed on top of things, held regular office hours and made sure work orders got done. The previous manager had accepted cash rent payments and stole money from residents and the company.
These apartments are similar to Cotton wood Apartments. CAbinet space is lacking in the kitchen, but the living room space in these apartments is much larger than in Cottonwood Apartments. The kitchen set up is the same but I had a newer dishwasher in this apartment, and a nicer bathroom with more updated fixtures.. The bedroom was a bit smaller, but had access to a rear patio with a view of pinetrees and anice small pond at the property next door. These apartments had an outdoor poor and small laundry facilities. It was a nice place to live, but I moved when I found the same thing for $75 buck less per month. There were several lease options with the 60 day notice lease being the most flexible. There are lots of college student renting here so it can be noisy. All in all one of the better run complexes owned by Peterson companies, much better than Willow Creek where I currently live.
