Ethel is extremely nice. I have lived in another apartment before this place but never had a more friendly staff. This place is a bit small but is great for a college student. I have two people living in a one bedroom and it fits us both perfectly. We have a sliding glass door in our bedroom and a pool. The only problem that I have had with it is neighbors who smoke indoors and the smell travels to our apartment below and limited kicthen space for pots and pans and food, but I was able to figure out where to put things and it works.
