Good service - The units I lived have few water issue. The staff came and try to help me very quick. Also, they even give me discount after that. Good first apartment - This was my first apartment and for me (at the time) the 270/mo was expensive but worth the money. Small living/kitchen but bedroom and bathroom are nice. Just rented - Cool looking/CLEAN/and Saved $$$ I found Eastwood Lake online eastwoodlake.com and looking at the reviews - they are the real deal.
I looked at the one bedroom and signed up that day. The specials they have are prob the best in town.
You won't go wrong-

WOW I have been searching all over the town of emporia for an apartment that is cheap and also well kept. Nothing! Until, I found the Four Seasons. One look at the outside area and I knew it must cost a fortune to rent, but it was actually cheaper than most of the apartments I had looked

Ethel Ethel did a great job taking care of the place. She was always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. It was a great place to live, the one bedrooms dont have a lot of kitchen space. Thats my only complaint the bedroom was huge.

AVOID I have already commented about Heather Ridge Apartments under the AWFUL, mine was the second responce. If you decide to rent from HRA just be aware of the many problems that do exist there.
