When we moved in, manager was good, but then new manager was never there. Walls are not insulated. Ants were in our apartment and it took a letter to corporate headquarters to get an exterminator. People park in the handicapp parking when they don't have a permit. Doors are drafty as well as apartments. Tubs get very dirty. Dryer timer never worked. Washer gave a sewage smell. The incoming 2005 manager was very rude. The grounds guy was the only good thing.
