Let me first point out that I only had to deal with one manager in two years. I have to say I am shocked that this stupid nasty bimbo has not been fired. She's awfully young and inexperienced so cut her some slack, right' Wrong! Why should I have to deal with crap because she can't do her job' She seems to be looking right through you when you come in or at least looking at myspace which is completely unprofessional. There's a reason companies block websites. She's always in a bad mood and it makes me feel like I'm walking on glass around her. If you hate your job then leave or don't let your personal drama interfere with having a polite professional attitude. This is just constructive criticism by the way. (But this is completely off the record because what do I know, right')
Things fall apart all the time. I had a leak in my roof that ruined my kitchen cabinets and dripped on some electrical outlets on the wall that I had to shut off power to permanently. They fixed the cabinets by laying particle board over the rotting wood and it smelled so bad since they didn't take out any of the damaged cabinets. AND they never fixed the roof leak. The washer ruins clothes by somehow leaving splotches on everything and maintenance can't figure out a problem or a solution. Replace the damn this... Problem solved. I could go on and on with my problems and my neighbors problems. If this doesn't keep you away than I take pity on you and your current/future living situation if you choose to live here. One year for me was one year too long. Live and learn from other peoples mistakes.

But yeah, I just had my first experience talking to the Manager before my move in, and she wasn't even listening to me. It's cool though she was cooperative. I might have to just keep being positive and make the best out of the place.
