Not too bad Good price for the square footage. I lived here for 2.5 years with my roommates, and my brother moved into another apartment in the same complex. We were pretty satisfied, though the management company changes managers every few months (it seems).

Great Value I love living in Greenway. They are the nicest apartments for the price, and they come with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Nice white carpets and walls, and the staff is friendly. It's quiet where I live, also. I also like the alarm system that is pre-installed.

I would rather be homeless!!! This place is pathetic. Maintenance was slow to get to the apt and most times they had to come back more than once b/c it wasn't fixed right the first time. On a Saturday our doorknob fell off the front door (our only exit and entrance) and we called maintenance.
