It took 6 months to have leaky faucets repaired. The repairs lasted 2 days and the faucets began leaking again. The Tiehen Group is not very responsive to residents needs unless they fear a lawsuit. Water mains have broken several times over the years and you may go from a few hours to days without drinking water. The present maintenance staff panics during emergencies and doesn't seem to know what to do. They are totally unaware of water main shutoffs so good luck if they need to shutoff the water for an emergency leak.It has taken over 28 hours to have water extracted from carpets due to leaks. It takes days to have carpets replaced. I rate them as totally useless.
