I have lived at Aspen Place for almost two years now and haven't had too many problems. Don't get me wrong, I've had some minor maintenance issues, but they were taken care of in a timely manner. The worst thing I've had to deal with was the water main breaks. Although it was a huge inconvenience, I understand that sometimes things happen that are beyond the property managements hands. The had their staff fixing the problem immediately. After that all settled down, everything returned back to normal. I highly recommend living in Aspen Place, especially if you are looking for a quiet, safe place to live.

All in all, it's not too bad here!
