I recently moved-in to Aspen Place and so far I love it. I've had a few maintenance concerns which were taken care of immediately. I used to live in a place where it took weeks to get anything fixed. The staff was very friendly and personable. They answered all of my questions and put my worries at ease. The only thing I've noticed that could be a problem is parking. However, management has reassured me that they are planning on starting parking lot repairs in the spring as well as possibly creating a new parking lot towards the back where parking seems to be the biggest problem. I have already mentioned Aspen Place to some of my friends who are going to come check it out. I feel that this place is defintely referral friendly.
