Management allows anything with a couple dollars to move here. They don't care if parents control their children or not. Kids intentionally run out in front of cars and even the police are too afraid to confront them. Older kids skateboard in front of your vehicle. Noisy neighbors, cops called here all the time ( not that they do much),and management still does nothing. Maintenance is non existent.This place went from being a descent neighborhood to the makings of an inner city slum.
