TIEHEN GROUP got rid of the maintenance staff they had and hired one person to do the work of the four they had. when the manager was on maternity leave,they had strangers in the office(half the time the office was closed)We know the complex is for sale, we know that there are rummors of it being torn down.WHY WONT THEY TELL US SOMETHING! we need a good chance at finding a place to live!DONT MOVE HERE!YOU WILL LOSE!

I too have lived at aspen place apts for the last two years and have heard the same rumors yet when you ask managment they deney everything. What happened to Sara? When we first moved in Mgt. was great they worked with you and talked to you as a friend and now mgmt. is rude and they dont want to listen to anything you have to say. Maintence takes their sweet time fixing things, it took them a two weeks to fix our washer and dryer and my friend who moved in at the begging of the month has called maint. about the air cond. and it still hasn't been fixed yet. They dont care about thier residents as long as the place is full and they are getting paid.
