I have lived here for two years and the first year was great. The manager Sarah was awesome, she was easy to get ahold of and she talked to you about anything you needed. She worked with you and the Maintence staff was great as well, however the past year has been awful. The New mangager is rude and the office is always locked and when you call noone answers the phone. Somethings Up. IT took 4 phone calls and two weeks for Maintence to Finally fixe our washer and dryer and they are supposed to have 24hr. maintence. A friend of mine moved in at the begining of July and the today is the 16th of July and the Air Conditioner still isn't fixed its been 100 degrees, Im glad they care about us.
The Mgmt. is rude and she doesn't care about your issues as long as she is getting paid. If Aspen Place is full and they are getting money that is all they care about. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
