Overall, this is one of the best apartment communities in Gardner. Management is not the most friendly but they do address reported maintenance issues immediately. Management used to be particular about their tenants, but in the last few months, they've started renting to ANYONE just so they can fill the empty apartment. The quality of new tenants are poor and more and more of long-term tenants are moving out because of it.

One item to note: For buildings that face west, the windows leak when we have heavy rains and the water drips onto the blinds making it look like pop has been spilled. Also, when you are ready to move out, the management staff turn into real butt-heads.
